ATC #8 REGISTRATION TEMPLATE FORM*

Please note that participation in the ATC Campaigns and events implies you have read and understood the rules and agree to abide by them.

1.Are you signing up as an individual or as a group? Note: individuals are welcome to sign up, but they need to be able to strictly cooperate with teams in their faction

2. IF SIGNING UP FOR GROUPS PLEASE FILL UP THE FOLLOWING:

    A. GROUP REPRESENTATIVE – he is responsible for communications with the ATC staff
    B. GROUP WEBSITE
    C. GROUP LOGO (OPTIONAL)
    D. GROUP TEAMSPEAK ADDRESS AND PASSWORD
(if you don't want to share this publically, send it by private message to admin).

3.How many players would you like to sign up? (IMPORTANT, only sign up people which have confirmed their availibility and participation for the entire campaign. You may substitute your team members and rotate them, if needed and/or if you wish so, as long as the total number of players remains the same for the whole duration of the campaign. The ATC Staff retains the right to reserve a maximum number of slots for each team).

4.Do you / do your group members all have working microphones and Teamspeak installed?

5.Can you describe your group specializations or preferred roles (example infantry special force, AT Team, AA Team, transport helicopter, tank etc)

6.Are you /your group familiar with Task Force Radio?

7.Do you volunteer for a leadership role? (HQ Commander, XO)

8.Are you aware that the spoken language on the command radio net is English?

9.How many players in your group speak understandable English?

10.Is there anything relevant for your registration you want to tell?

Please note you will receive an invite for ATC Discord group when registering, it is strongly recommended to join Discord group for speed and ease of comms.

Also, please note that after the preliminary battle each group will need to confirm their participation to the campaign and explicitly state they agree with all equipments, assets and modset as no changes will be possible during the campaign (unless to fix bugs).

Finally, all applications need to be approved by the ATC staff.

Enjoy!

*NOTE
In answering to the ATC #8 Campaign Form team representatives need to take note of the following:

-Can you describe your group specializations or preferred roles (example infantry special force, AT Team, AA Team, transport helicopter, tank etc)

You need to give a short description of your unit, if it is mainly a Coop or TvT/PvP unit, which are your grup specialisations and eventually which roles you think you will cover best in the campaign. This will help the staff to assemble the two sides in a better balanced way, let's say not all pilots on one side, not all Coop or PvP teams on one side and so on. It is not intended in any way a booking of some specific or key roles in the campaign roster, and even worst a matter of negotiation between the teams and the ATC staff. The roles are decided in the faction briefing, which has to be done involving all teams within the side. For any issue arising the team representatives are required to contact and inform the ATC staff.

-Do you volunteer for a leadership role (HQ, XO)?

The question has been edited to better clarify what exactly asked.
HQ Side Commander volunteers must strictly adhere to the Code of Conduct described in ATC Features/Rules, fully understand it and agree with it. Please note volunteer means exactly volunteer, the last word is from the ATC Staff.

- When registering a community made of different units you need to state explicitly the numbers for each unit.
